Meet Taako

Every story has a beginning — ours began with a Labrador named Pishtie. For 14 beautiful years, Pishtie was more than a pet, she was family. She taught us the true meaning of unconditional love, loyalty, and the joy animals bring into our lives. Today, another companion, our cat Taako, continues to fill our home with love, and she became the inspiration behind the name of our store: Taako.ae.

It was through Pishtie and Taako that we discovered a deep passion for animal care. But we also realized a painful truth: the very products our pets rely on — quality food, health essentials, and comfort items — were often made unnecessarily costly. High prices and inflated margins force many pet parents into compromises: settling for lower-quality products, or worse, abandoning their beloved pets on the road when care became unaffordable.

This is why Taako was born out of necessity — to stand against the idea that good pet care should come at an impossible price. At Taako, Our pets are our children, and no parent should ever have to choose between affordability and quality.
