We are New:
We are very new in this business and may sometime make a mistake so your patience would be greatly appreciated. We have a hired a 3rd party delivery team and we do not have an in-house delivery system. In order to make your products affordable reduced shipping rates are extremely important hence we have negotiated a cheaper rate with logistics team however downside of this cheap rate is, rarely, we may experience a delay in delivery especially if your delivery destination is far.
Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Delivery Issues

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incomplete address or missed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us or held for pickup.

Any re-shipping fees for returned packages due to incorrect address or failure to collect will be the customer’s responsibility.
- We may contact customer to get actual Google Map location if we are not able to find address on the map.
Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (unless permitted by the courier).
