Shipping policy

We are New:

 

We are very new in this business and may sometime make a mistake so your patience would be greatly appreciated. We have a hired a 3rd party delivery team and we do not have an in-house delivery system. In order to make your products affordable reduced shipping rates are extremely important hence we have negotiated a cheaper rate with logistics team however downside of this cheap rate is, rarely, we may experience a delay in delivery especially if your delivery destination is far.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment.

• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Delivery Issues

• If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incomplete address or missed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us or held for pickup.

• Any re-shipping fees for returned packages due to incorrect address or failure to collect will be the customer’s responsibility.

• We may contact customer to get actual Google Map location if we are not able to find address on the map.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (unless permitted by the courier).

• Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Only if selling internationally – can remove if not applicable)

• International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country.

• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping costs.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

• We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact the courier to file a claim.

• If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please contact the courier directly.
